Your account

Create one account for yourself and keep your password private. Access is personal to the purchaser or owner-approved listener and may be revoked when a payment is refunded, reversed, or access is withdrawn.

Payments

Zelle and Cash App access is granted only after the owner verifies the matching amount and unique order note in the receiving account. Marking a payment as sent does not by itself grant access. The owner may also approve an account directly without a customer-submitted payment notice.

Digital listening access

Purchases and owner approvals provide access to private streaming in your library. They do not provide an audio download or a transferable public file.

Updates

We may update covers, descriptions, chapter files, or the player as the work improves. Your installed app will update without requiring a reinstall.
