Requesting help

If a purchase was accidental, duplicated, or cannot be used as described, use the address on the Contact page within 30 days. We will review the request and, where appropriate, return the payment through Zelle or Cash App. Direct payments require coordination with the owner and may not include the protections of a card checkout.

What happens after a refund

For an approved refund, the owner sends the return payment, records the refund, and removes audiobook access. This keeps library access aligned with the payment record.
